Working with FTS and bringing my travel industry experience to the team is an exciting next step in my journey. In the past I have run a bespoke online booking tool solely for SMEs (small & medium enterprise businesses) and within 18 months of promoting it through networking, I grew revenue generated from £300k to £1.7m. This booking tool is still being used by LNER today. I also developed a bespoke VIP service where customers could reserve an entire first class train carriage for their sole use. Notable customers have been West Ham United, Sunderland AFC, Team GB men’s football team. This VIP service is still available on LNER. My knowledge of how to create these bespoke products will support our clients at First Travel Solutions.I am proud of my ability to build real relationships that are meaningful and straight forward.
