In the past I have run a bespoke online booking tool solely for SMEs (small & medium enterprise businesses) and within 18 months of promoting it through networking, I grew revenue generated from £300k to £1.7m. This booking tool is still being used by LNER today. I also developed a bespoke VIP service where customers could reserve an entire first class train carriage for their sole use. Notable customers have been West Ham United, Sunderland AFC, Team GB men’s football team. This VIP service is still available on LNER.
