As the Managing Director of FREJA Transport & Logistics Oy, I lead a team of professionals who share the same vision and values: flexibility, reliability, and quality. We believe that personal service is the key to building long-term relationships and trust with our customers, partners, and stakeholders.Since 2003, I have been working alongside my co-founder Jörgen Hansen to transform FREJA from a small company with a turnover of 2 million euros into one of Finland’s leading transport and logistics providers, now reaching a turnover of 160 million euros. We’ve accomplished this through strategic investments in our people, network, and technology, while also making bold decisions and taking calculated risks. From the very start, our competitive edge has been exceptional customer service, and our key objective has always been to achieve the highest service levels in international transport.I’m proud to share that today, FREJA Finland leads the industry with an NPS of 74, a testament to our commitment to delivering the best for our clients.
