Urooj is also a passionate advocate for inclusion, diversity, and equity at KPMG LG. She is the people leader and the inclusion and diversity champion for her audit department, where she promotes a culture of respect, collaboration, and empowerment. She is also a contributor to various publications and reports on the UAE hospitality industry, ESG, and gender diversity.
