I assist in Nutrition unit (program) and also involved in communications of the United Nations World Food Programme Pakistan which provides food assistance worldwide. In the role of a Assistant in communications unit, I oversee the program activities, data management, partner coordination, creation of visibility materials, manage photographers, and curate impactful stories from the community. Beyond visuals, another crucial aspect is gathering and crafting human interest stories sourced from the community. I also provide operational support and willingly embark on field missions, showcasing adaptability and dedication to our cause. this role demands a versatile skill set—creative design, effective communication, relationship management, storytelling, and operational support—combined with a deep dedication to WFP's mandate.

I worked as a Business Support Assistant in WFP's Disability Inclusion pilot project in Quetta Baochistan Pakistan. Persons with disabilities are more vulnerable to climate and conflict shocks than persons without disabilities. WFP is committed to the principle of leaving no one behind. This means working to realize meaningful participation and inclusion of persons with disabilities in its operations. As part of these efforts, WFP’s Executive Board approved the first Disability Inclusion Road Map in 2020, which defines how WFP aims to operationalize the UN Disability Inclusion Strategy across the organization. During my tenure, I was able to deliver training and awareness sessions to multiple organizations regarding Disability Inclusion at the organizational level. I was able to become part of Enterprise Development Training (EDP) which was a 3-day entrepreneurship training conducted for and with persons with disabilities. Moreover, I hosted radio shows with FM 101 Radio Pakistan and highlighted Disability Inclusion to a practical level.

I was a master trainer for the trade of "Entrepreneurship" for Supporting technical and vocational education and training (TVET) reform in Pakistan commissioned by GIZ German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in Quetta Balochistan Pakistan. Lead executing agency for the program was the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). I trained 25 young females who established their businesses after the rigorous 4-month classroom and 2 months of on-the-job training.

I was a Master trainer for "She Leads," a flagship program of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), which works to empower women with the skills and knowledge to participate and take on leadership roles in political and electoral processes through a series of beginner, intermediate, and advanced training. I trained more than 100 women and 70 men in Balochistan during my tenure working on the project.

Working as a United Nations Youth Volunteers (UNV) has been an immense journey with UNDP for Strengthening Electoral and Legislative Processes (SELP) project. I was deployed to urban and rural areas to raise awareness of communities on civic rights, voter education, and local and national political systems.
