I bring 28+ years’ experience in technology sales, strategy development and management consulting, - living and working in international settings across Europe, East Africa and the US. I lead the Business Applications "Black Belt" Sales and Technical organization for the Americas. We work with our industry and geo focused Microsoft teams, enterprise customers and top consulting organizations, delivering Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Contact Center, Business Copilots and Power Platform solutions - delivered on the Microsoft Cloud.I've been fortunate to co-found and invest in several successful social enterprise startups across various industries in East Africa, and to be part of the leadership team at Xamarin, a hyper-growth San Francisco based startup (acquired by Microsoft). What I love: Building High Performance Teams, Partnerships & Business Relationships that last and create Impact, Telling Stories that matter, Impact in emerging markets and the developing world, and Mentoring and challenging others (and myself) to do more and engage where the need is greatest. Outside of my day to day I enjoy the outdoors, skiing, travel and time with my family, not in that order.
