Marketing strategy development – My project objective was to study and plan the entry strategy for the company in the HORECA channel. I interacted with stakeholders in the channel including over 30 food and beverage managers of various hotels, chefs &Bartenders, key distributors of FMCG products to understand the channel dynamics following which I gave suggestions to capture the HORECA market and communicate effectively to the stakeholders.
