As the Director of Professional and Business Development, I intend to lead Irwin IP’s efforts to enhance employee satisfaction and retention; promote an appropriate work life balance; identify meaningful pro bono, bar association and civic opportunities for the Firm’s lawyers; and identify opportunities for Firm growth. My years of experience working in the legal aid community, solo practice and small firms combined with decades of exposure to the Chicago IP bar creates a unique skill set that will allow me to identify meaningful opportunities for firm lawyers and potential lateral opportunities. I am committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, attorney health and wellness initiatives, in house training and fostering attorney-client relationships.
