One word- Nightmare. June'24 almost 7 years & the rascal still using fake accounts to send absolutely abusive n disgusting comments/ msgs.At the peak of my career joined this unknown startup as a challenge put forth by my mentor to test my skills in an understated, low profile, max reachability environment as a precondition to start my own NGO.End result: Had to put my papers before completing the year (7th month) given to continuous harassment & humiliation.Have you ever seen a poisnous snake wearing a suit or a walking powerhouse of negativity? Well... you need to meet Faisal Ahmad. And that is not my personal opinion drop a message to any ex employee for a candid review. He made ppl leave their stable jobs and then denied a job & infact sued them since he knew that a person in that position will be more worried about his family being on street rather than go legal. He killed the reputation & careers of those who made the mistake of joining. Thats the reason why most ex employees wont get another job after leaving BIS.He, his gang & a crazy wife will follow you like a bad omen even years after leaving the job. BIS has the most inefficient team making big money given to a CEO with "zero" moral values, extreme manipulative skills & pathological hatred for everyone except for boot-lickers or those beneficial for him personally. The few good ones who join by mistake ends up loosing all that they have built previously.Before you question this statement kindly check my track record with other employers & more importantly please check how many female employees got another job after leaving BIS Research UNTIL & UNLESS they are rewarded & awarded by the CEO.Am open to any legal challenge on the above statement.Thanks to Jaypee I was pulled out of there, learning the most important management lesson- you can't beat snakes in suits.
