Representation of business and individual debtors and creditors (including, financial institutions, landlords, judgment creditors, and general unsecured creditors) in Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases and proceedings before the Bankruptcy Court. - Prosecution of Chapter 11 cases, entailing initial filings, repayment plans, credit terms negotiation, compliance, projections, plan of reorganization, confirmation and consummation of plan; prepared documentation and pleadings required to confirm and consummate plan.  - Ensure protection of secured and unsecured creditor rights, including Relief From Stay, Cash Collateral, Valuation/Appraisal, Cramdown, Feasibility and Plan litigation. - Prosecute contested and litigation matters, including, recovery/payment of preferences and fraudulent transfers, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, alter-ego and successor liability. - Mediator and Expert Witness in contested and litigation matters pending before the Bankruptcy Court.

Served as Special Counsel/Bankruptcy Subject Matter Expert. Performed full scale compliance review for regulatory and legal mortgage servicing company on behalf of a government regulatory agency as the result of a settlement action. - Expertly assessed default loan servicing practices, procedures and staffing levels; proficiently identified weaknesses that undermined the firm’s ability to treat borrowers as required by law. - Provided diligent focus on default and bankruptcy servicing from boarding/filing to de-boarding/disposition. - Produced report of findings to be rolled up to client
