APIMatic is a code generation tool for generating API client libraries in multiple programming languages.In my current role, I am leading the entire engineering department, which comprises 17 engineers distributed across multiple teams.

During this time, I contributed in the following ways:- Custom Query Authentication I designed & implemented custom query authentication in the auto-generated .NET SDK, allowing for more secure and efficient communication between the client and server.- Unit Test For Utilities I wrote unit tests for the utility classes in the auto-generated .NET SDK to improve the reliability and maintainability of the codebase.- C# Style Compliance I updated the auto-generated .NET SDK to follow a consistent coding style based on StyleCop Analyzer.- Multi-file SDK Documentation I added comprehensive documentation for the auto-generated .NET SDK, including detailed explanations and examples for each class, method, and property in the auto-generated code.- Bug Fixes I fixed various bugs in the auto-generated SDKs for .NET, Java, & Python.- Customer Feature Requests I worked on multiple features requested by different customers in the auto-generated .NET SDK.

Alachisoft is a distributed in-memory caching solution provider.During this time I contributed in the following ways:- WAN Data ReplicationTo set up a live backup for a distributed cache as a disaster recovery plan, I developed data replication queues that asynchronously backed up the cache to a remote site. I devised different algorithms to ensure loss-free cache data transfer which was a key challenge for WAN data replication. I was able to achieve this without performance degradation of the live cache.- Session Sharing Between ASP.NET & ASP.NET CoreI wrote an integration using the distributed cache to enable session sharing between ASP.NET & ASP.NET Core web applications. This solution was unique at the time since there was no known way to share a session between ASP.NET & ASP.NET Core web applications.- ASP.NET Core SignalR IntegrationI wrote the integration for ASP.NET Core SignalR that allowed event sharing between multiple ASP.NET Core web applications using the distributed in-memory cache as the backplane. It was a unique solution since event broadcasting between multiple ASP.NET Core web applications was a new concept.- HiringI conducted technical interviews for positions related to .NET

I joined as a fresh graduate.During this time I contributed in the following ways:- Performance OptimizationTo improve the performance of the distributed cache, I refactored code areas that were performance bottlenecks by reducing thread locks, using simpler data structures, & relieving the pressure on the garbage collector. It resulted in 2 million ops/sec on a 5-node cluster.- .NET Framework to .NET Core migrationTo make the distributed cache work cross-platform, I refactored the code by removing .NET Framework dependencies and catering for runtime differences between .NET Framework and .NET Core. It resulted in the distributed cache working cross-platform.- Data StructuresTo support common data structures (lists, maps, queues, etc.) in the distributed cache, I worked on the client-side and server-side implementation of common operations like add, update, & delete. Storing a data structure in a distributed memory was tricky and had many failure scenarios. I was able to deliver this feature on time and to the required quality standard.

Provided technical support in a project named "Collaborative Hadoop" which aimed to simplify running MR jobs on large public data sets by eliminating the need to copy data sets in local environment

Wrote technical content for the creation of an entrance test kit. Part-time job included researching, writing, proof reading and quality assurance

Contributed to a Sentiment Analysis project, my task was to standardize Roman Urdu and English to be used for sentiment classification.
