The Work flow for the NDCS contracts respective congiration Management is as described below.• Extract the defect report for the Functional Organisations/Contract that are in scope through Kiwi Tools.• Check the weekly defects list if defects exists for this FO and create a change in SDM12 with an extract of the defects for this FO by making a VD file (Verification Defects).• Create a Work Flow task for the analyst to solve the defects. The analyst should solve the defects and complete the VD file and save it as a VR file (Verification Report) and attach the VR file to the change.• For evidence purpose, the upload sheet and log report also should be attached by the analyst into the change involved. • When the Configuration Manager check the change, he/she downloads the VD and VR file and upload them to the FO’s sharepoint location for evidence purposes.
