Worked on End to End IT recruitment with our State clients. Exposure on tax terms like FTE, W2, C2C and 1099. Aggressive in sourcing resumes from job portals like Dice, Techfetch, Monster, Indeed, Career builder, LinkedIn with Boolean search etc.. Initial screening with the consultants. Extensive experience in working with ATS. Maintaining good relationship with clients, vendors and consultants. Good experience in rate negotiation and submitting the profiles to client. Familiar with US time zones and geography. Presenting our qualified candidates to hiring managers. Ability to analyse the requirements efficiently. Able to communicate effectively at all levels and with all cultures. An enterprising leader with excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Maintenance of internal database. Hands-on experience in recruiting candidates using job portals and social websites. Maintaining a good client relationship, vendor relationship and candidate relationship.

Responsibilities:• Represent Collabera and its clients to candidates and task with multiple requirements to fill.• Responsible for Analyzing Client requirements and sourcing the candidates from various portals like Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIN, X-ray search etc• Work on SDE requirements like UX/UI Developer, Database Developer, IOS Developer, .Net Developer, C# Developer, Web developer, QA positions, Support requirements, Prototyper, Recruiter etc from Microsoft.• Working with direct clients like Microsoft, Amazon, T-Mobile, Expedia Corporate etc• Conducting full service recruiting functions including posting, screening, sourcing, interviewing, evaluating and recommending candidates. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
