Other than data analysis, I assisted the operations team in automating daily reporting to optimize mundane efforts. Also, involved in maintaining & monitoring scripts and processes to ensure data is updated and relevant at all times. Performance Data Analysis for Apple Technologies Used: Microsoft Excel, VBA (Macros) The ticket resolution team dedicated to serving one of our biggest clients (Apple Inc.) required data analysis for gauging their performance. I was involved in analyzing large amounts of ticket data through macros that provided key statistics for gap analysis to provide recommendations for improvements. Also helped the DBA team, by providing a daily dashboard for ticket ageing across work groups & priority to reduce MTTR. These were crucial in making timely process decisions to keep up with the standards of expectations for a client like Apple.
