I firmly believe that HR is the core of any business. My contribution to this function is to facilitate it centrally in the business by being a strategic business partner, employee advocate and change agent. My ability to easily adapt to circumstances and hands-on approach with strong business orientation helps me direct future course of action & address challenges.
