The organization was dealing with the submission of VISA Applications for all kind of VISAs except for Hajj and Umrah. Promoted to the position of Head of Operations in 2015 in organization re-structuring. In the role of Head of Operations for Pakistan, I supervise all visa operations at the Saudi Embassy, managing nationwide operations. My responsibilities encompass strategic planning, financial budgeting, operations management, Customer Relationship Management, and compliance reporting. Through effective delegation, I consistently meet both financial and non-financial KPIs.
