• Inventory reconciliations on daily basis to maintain accurate stock details.• Maintain 200+ FG SKUs inventory accuracy batch wise.• Investigation of customer complaints from 3PL and all over warehouses.• Management of multiple trackers for inventory tracking, reducing processing time.• Utilization of advanced excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to streamline data analysis and reporting.• Prepare effective route plans to increase FTL movement to minimize freight costs. Also handling spot bidding and data management.• Manage vehicles & transporters for timely execution and monitor priority loading as per the nature of delivery. • Maintaining good relationships with vendors.• Follow ups on the execution plans. stock picking, vehicle reporting or change in plans based on any special requirements from senior management or distributor. • Checking of Transporter bills on the month end, along with PR & PO to avoid delays in payment.• Assisting auditors during inventory audits in warehouse.• Monitor Logistics and handle customer services of Local/Export orders and assigned zones as per pre- defined SOPs, Quality standards and KPIs keeping in view the business plan and vision of the company to provide a high service level.

• Coordinate with transportation & logistics team to optimize delivery routes and orders scheduling's• Monitor and manage inventory levels at storage facilities through ERP systems SAP,TMS & MS Navision.• Collect and compile data using daily/monthly operational reports and spreadsheets• Ensure efficient transportation and delivery of fuel products to various locations.• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.• Prepare regular reports on operational performance.• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.• Act as a point of contact for operational issues, providing timely and effective solutions to address challenges and maintain workflow efficiency.
