CurrentResponsible for installing and maintaining the Company's Computer Network.Point of contact for helpdesk/ contact support on technical issues.Maintain all telecommunication tools and accessories such as Router, Servers and Switches.Install, configure and provide support to all networking accessories in different workstations.Administers systems and servers related to district networks(e.g. email systems, accounts, print queues, IP assignments, computers, etc) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of services to authorized users.Use Remote control software (Radmin, Team viewer, Any Desk).Utilities (Ghost, Acrobat reader, Win zip etc) backup and restore data.Documenting the network infrastructure, user credentials, and inventory.Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
