Currently working in the Real estate in ajman handling all accounts and admin work ,collection from customer and handling dispute with customer ,day to day follow up payable and receivable task ,

-Performs all accounting related tasks, cooperate with three (3) business units line managers of the operations.-Review P&L - check and verify each GL’s ensure each GL’s incurred correct transactions, compare posted transaction with the monthly /yearly budget and comments for variance, prepare reclassify upload file (if any transaction posted wrongly and that needs to re-classify to the correct GL / CC dimension) and submit complete set of P&L file to the HO (finance controller). -Attends monthly P&L discussion conference with HO finance team (GL accounts and finance controller). -Process payables both for local and international suppliers; ensure to apply the SOP’s of the company being implemented and forward to Accounts-Payables for payment.-Prepares monthly invoice for all clients (Intra, Inter and 3rd Party Customers) using AXAPTA System and distribute to clients. -Monitors all monthly recurring transactions and prepares accruals to ensure costs posted on the same period.-Checks, verifies and prepares upload file for all Intra & Inter Re-charges, seek approval based on the approval matrix (limits) and submit to HO for posting.-Checks and verifies payment vouchers, cash book prepared by the cashier on a weekly basis upload it on the system and submit voucher reference to HO for posting.-Prepares Flash Report (monthly estimate income) before every month end closing with preliminary comments and submit to HO (finance controller).-Monthly Stock inventory of WBP Raw materials.-Analysis revenue and COGS classification / product wise as when requested by FC .-Coordinate with operation GM’s to get projection data and assisting FM/FC to prepare yearly budget and monthly forecasting. -Coordinate with WH / CPD team to ensure all OPEX / CAPEX items are issued with correct category that linked to the correct GL.
