I also take customer meetings to explain issues, solutions, gather data, and to solve technical issues or occasionally update systems on remote servers.My job involves complete understanding of customer system's complex architecture, analysis and problem solving under tough timelines, resolution of outages across the globe, devising workarounds in the absence of final solutions, and complete command over available tooling. I use Linux and Oracle RAC, Solaris, and EMC networker extensively along with our proprietary tools.
