I am a fourth-year student BComm (Honours) student at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, majoring in Global Management Studies and minoring in Finance. I am currently working as a Business Analyst Intern at RBC. I am currently looking for Summer and Fall 2025 Intern roles which could transition into a full-time opportunity.My core competencies include customer engagement, business and financial analysis, and problem-solving along with a deep understanding of project management and supply chain principles. I am also equipped with various technical skills which include working with various Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. In my previous roles, I have contributed to the growth and retention of Freedom Mobile's customer base, by delivering personalized and tailored solutions for their wireless needs. I have also trained and mentored new hires, sharing my best practices and tips for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I have demonstrated my problem-solving skills by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. I am passionate about learning new things and exploring different cultures and perspectives. I believe that my education and experience can bring a valuable and diverse outlook to any team or organization.
