I have worked for over four years at DHL Freight and in that time, I have had an impact on every single department within my business unit. I have worked with distributed teams across distinct geographies to initiate meaningful change, eliminate inefficiencies, and achieve operational excellence. The enhancement projects I have delivered range from introducing a tablet-based mobility solution for enhancing driver communication, to automating manual processes leveraging Robotics Process Automation. My responsibilities also include providing the senior management team critical insights by executing sophisticated quantitative analyses and data modeling.

In my short tenure at DHL Supply chain, I was able to propose and implement critical improvements for Production and Materials department. Designed and initiated implementation for a Kanban system, optimized inventory stock levels and eliminated stock outs.

Part of a team which partnered with clients across industries to manage their end to end Information security processes and provided round the clock cyber security and device health monitoring services.
