Built Interactive training materials and best practice guidelines for the application driving up the usage rate with the help of third party vendors. 4. Change/Release Management: Requirement Gathering, coordinating with DevOps and Business teams, driving Change Requests end to end5. Spearheaded the User Experience XLA initiative, interviewing 15 end users to create Empathy and Affinity maps.6. Facilitated over 30 end-user workshops, analyzing current processes to create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), which streamlined the development of new and improved modules7.
