Discussing about the shared profiles and acquiring feedback from clients.  Create, manage and maintain MIS reports & recruitment database.  Responsible for interviewing & mentoring new team members on the recruitment process and various active requirements.  MIS – Reporting and Analysis of Data as per requirement & Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Report.
