CurrentExtract and analyze data from various healthcare databases (EHRs, claims, clinical trials) to uncover insights and patterns.Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics, risk stratification, and clinical decision support.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand data needs, define KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations.Ensure data integrity, privacy, security, and compliance with regulations like HIPAA through proper data governance practices.Work on updating and creating complex T-SQL queries utilizing Joins, Sub Queries, CTEs, Indexing, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, UDFs, DDL, and DML.Migrating data to/from staging table in SQL from multiple data sources including Excel, CSV flat files, and other SQL servers.Working on creating basic dashboards in Tableau connected to Azure SQL database for client reporting.Perform root cause analyses to explain variations in outcomes, metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.Developing Python script for processing large data sets and to extract data from different files.Importing the clients’ data onto our SQL production database after the data analysis.Create and review SSAS tabular cubes for consumption as a data source for reports, Dashboards, and Pivot tables.
