• Lead Agile cross-functional 30+ members team comprising Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Operations personnel to deliver solutions from concept to market launch.• Drive execution across the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, validation, and governance, while ensuring compliance with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) frameworks.• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Experience Design teams to define business cases, product requirements, and customer experiences that align with strategic goals.• Establish performance standards for complex, cross-functional programs across multiple geographies and time zones, focusing on continuous improvement to accelerate time-to-market.• Engage with Business Development, Sales, and Legal teams in contract negotiations and managing relationships with external partners, including technology startups and strategic vendors.• Lead system integration planning, release management, and proof-of-concept demonstrations for new solutions, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.• Coach and mentor junior program managers, providing growth and development opportunities while fostering a high-performance culture within the team.• Define and manage risk mitigation strategies, ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget considerations are balanced for optimal project delivery.
