I am working as Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Roketsan for 5 years. I am generally designing milli-scale mechanisms and electromechanical fuze structures in accordance with the military standards such as MIL-STD-1316 and STANAG 2916, applying design for manufacturing principles.• Having designed one patent-approved, three patent-pending mechanisms for fuzes. (Rights reserved by Roketsan)• Working on several production phase projects as well as conceptual design phase projects.• Taking part in DFMEA and PFMEA studies.• Executing validation plans and writing reports for such projects, conducting tests in accordance withMIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-331C.• Performing static/transient structural, explicit dynamics, modal, harmonic and random vibrationanalyses for designed mechanisms and PCBs using FEA tools such as ANSYS Mechanical (with thehelp of ANSYS Sherlock) and ANSYS Motion.• Using GD&T (especially ASME Y14.5 and ISO2768) principles and drafting standards.
