Has a proven track record of successfully managing complex business environments, P&L leader, core competencies being : Setting up of new businesses / geographies from scratch, Defining Business strategies & processes, Business Operations & Category Management, Omni Channel development, management / retail excellence, building & driving strategic ecosystem partnerships to name a few.Currently as "South East Asia Partner Development Lead", I spearhead the OEM and DPS business of Microsoft, overseeing the revenue generation in Thailand and Vietnam. My passion lies in fostering digital transformation among Commercial and SMB clients, in collaboration with our MNA Device & Silicon Ecosystem partners. My role encompasses mentoring and nurturing Local Device Partners within these countries, as well as facilitating essential partnerships with ODMs to create their unique devices powered by our innovative Windows Operating System. It is an honor to represent Microsoft and guide our partners towards achieving their expansion goals through a solid strategy, a strong tactical plan, and synchronized go-to-market initiatives.It's also a great pride for me to be part of the ASEAN D&I V-Team of Microsoft and drive "Partner Enabler Program" initiatives across Thailand, Vietnam & the Philippines. Also it's a great responsibility which is equally challenging & exciting to be the AP / Genuine Lead of Microsoft OEM products in South East Asia and drive Genuine advocacy. It's always fascinating to see, as to how these extended assignments helps me to create a strong positive impact across the countries.
