CurrentArea Sales Manager• Governing the company's food product sales and distribution of entire state.• Administering the whole gamut of marketing and sales operations, while supervising a team of 7 sales officers, 13 sales executives and 18 distributor sales persons, coaching and equipping them with skill sets to improve their market performance• Formulating and Implementing the distribution plan at the channel partner level and securing product sales objectives• Creating networks of distributors and sub-distributors and assuring that revenue objectives and retail expansion targets for all goods are reached• Spreading Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries Limited's new enterprises in Patna, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Chhapra, Arrah, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Biharsharif, and Dehri On Sone. Regular field work with sales team for on job training & improving productivity of sales persons.• Sales data analysis & creating regional strategies to achieve sales target HQ wise. Organizing distributors-sub distributors participation in conferences, conducting camps for mass promotion• Identify potential candidates from the field for recruitment. Follow up of training programs to ensure that sales team acquires skills to be effective in the fields.• Administering all supply and logistic activities of goods from plant to distribution points.• Regulating the purchasing process's quality and ensuring stock availability.Highlights:• Appointed Super-distributors and sub-distributors and successfully launched the business in Patna, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Chhapra, Arrah, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Dehri On Sone and Biharsharif.• Ranked No. 1 ASM nationally in July 2021, August 2021 and September 2021.• Increased Numeric distribution and Weighted distribution
