Responsibilities Handled during Executive - Technical (January’12 – December’13)Project Cum Sales:o Designing, Finalization, Erection and Commissioning of LPG Bottling Plant Layout as well as Manifold, Process Flow Diagram, Fire Hydrant Line, LPG Vapor and Liquid Line as part of Approved P&I-D. o Preparation of BOQ, Technical Specifications with offer Submission and Project Cost analysis and order finalization after discount Analysis regarding with profit. o Designing and Finalization of LPG manifold as per IS-6044(part I & II). o Monthly MIS preparation and submission to management regarding offer and ongoing projects. Responsibilities Handled during Plant Project Engineer (January’14 – August ’14)This was a scheduled 8 months (targeted) project for the renovation and upgradation of LPG bottling plant at West Bengal as per standards of OISD – 169.o Upgradation of 5 no’s of static pressure vessels and pipelines. Performed in house hydro-testing and periodic maintenance of the pressure vessels, testing of SRV’s, ultrasonic thickness testing of the pressure vessels and successfully conducted 3rd party inspection and certification. o Performed Ultrasonic Thickness testing of LPG pipelines and performed hydro-test of the same. Successfully conducted 3rd party inspection and certification.o Re painting of all the steel structures of the plant as per industrial standards along with proper study of the OISD standards.o Released Work Permits (Hot Work / Cold Work / Working at height) during plant project upgradation.o Upgraded the plant safety and maintenance plan as per upgradation in OISD – 169.o Performed Civil Works and coordinated with vendor for building of Cylinder storage shed and upgradation of Plant Filling shed as per OISD standards.o Successfully held and completed PESO visit with utmost satisfaction of the statutory authorities.
