CurrentDirect Clients: LexisNexis, Delta Air Lines, State of GA, Fannie Mae, Southern Compony, Equifax, HireArt, Elsevier...• Sourcing and screening high quality resumes and communicating with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.• Utilizing various recruiting methods consisting of LinkedIn Recruiter, Internet job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Vendor Management tools), data mining, and referrals to attract and locate top talent.• Conducting follow-up interviews with candidates prior to their interviews and scheduled meetings with clients.• Maintaining candidate communication, secured, negotiated and closed candidate’s acceptance of employment offers and consulting assignments.• Following-up with candidates who were ‘placed’ successfully with clients to track overall progress, satisfaction and to address any concerns that they may have.• Following-up with successfully ‘placed’ candidates to inquire about future projects and needs that they may be aware of that the client may have in the future.• Maintaining and developing candidate and client relationships to foster an ongoing pipeline of highly competent and qualified professionals as candidates for future employment.• Full life-cycle recruiting consisting of cold calling candidates, resume sourcing, interviewing, screening and qualifying candidates (behavioural and technical skills), coordinating and executing interviews.• Experience in a variety of environments that include full-time permanent employment, contract and right-to-hire situations.
