1.Accountable for VF PP Sample approval ( Partial) with collaboration of Regional VF Technical Designer Team. Approval owner for bulk Color PPS (BOM colorway, Construction, Trims ) on account of VF Corporation.2. Develop Samples (Proto, SMS, Re-allocation Counter, PPS) with collaboration of VF Asia Technical Designer team (The North Face, icebreaker) Working on PLM with sales team Korean and BD.3. Attend in (Proto, SMS, PPS) Sample meeting, Bulk production meeting (Before & after) size set meeting and given guideline for implementation comments. 4. Follow up in-line activities on needle point of process to implement Brand comments implementation.5. Review the Teck pack for correction included Measurement suggestion, Sketches correction, BOM clarification, construction change.6. Review submitted sample following VF instructed procedures with checking construction,Measurements, workmanship, brand comments, Pattern Overlay check, 3D avatar check (2X Based), E-pattern check, Fitting ensuring by Mannequin wearing and approve/Reject the sample.If Approve then make sure sealing for bulk production.7.Prepare VSR- Review docs including discrepencies- BOM& Sketches update, Fit & Construction images(Comparision),down (schedule/chamber/factor info), Seam tape details & Risk analysis of development and Submit to VF TD. Upload VSR in Portal.8. Conduct sample review in physical or Virtual call(Zoom) with VF Asia Technical Designer and ensure samples pass confirmation with Lock seal/ Sample label or Gold seal sample tag.Make sure log in and log out of sample in Smart sheet log book.9. Report keeping of sample review in VF vendor portal, smart sheet, Office 365, ENOVIA, PIVOT88 10. Preparing mockup for production friendly construction change and communicate with VF TD & Brand for approval.

Role as Factory nominated auditor for The North Face, Icebreaker. 1. Conduct Final inspection with confirming Packing list docs Packing list, VF Case lock, VF Acknowledgment sheet, PO sheet, All test report for TNF, RSL report, Internal lab test report, Carton accuracy report, Hang tag approval, Folding approval, CWS/ Embroidery/Heat transfer approval, shade band sheet and other necessary docs and took collection in AQL 2.5 for Gmts inspection and S4 for measurement inspection and finalize the result in VF NGC report format with VF DCL (Defects classification list)2. Conduct size set review meeting and share the discrepancies and size relevant issues.3. Conduct 1st production gmts check and report making. Also, work on defective process development to ensure quality in-line.4. Conduct Box audit and ensure the defective gmts to avoid final inspection failure..5. Send in-line, Box audit final report to VFQM.6. Having sound knowledge in FPA and Mold audit.7. Conduct 3rd party QIMA booking activities for PSI and PCA audit.8. Ensure swatch and trim card
