I led the Client relations process for iCrederity. Presently iCrederity has 200+ clients from different industries and of varying sizes. Ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity with clients is my primary responsibility.In addition to the above, I was responsible for the entire service delivery, which includes Employee Screening, KYC & Company verification. Lastly, I managed the inbound sales on a pan India basis along with the accounts receivables process. Overall, I worked closely with the Co-founders, Investors and COO to ensure smooth operations, sales and reporting. I was part of the executive team of the company.
