With over 30 years of experience in organizational development, leadership, communications, project management including events, board and donor cultivation...I continue to support nonprofits, companies and volunteers whose curios culture and innovative approaches, inspire me to share my talents. Highly creative in establishing engagement opportunities, teams and measurable strategies as well as developing immediate rapport that result in long-term relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders. Currently with OneOC, I provide communication strategy to Inspire, Equip & Mobilize our team of talented professionals that provide opportunities for organizations to increase community engagement and accelerate nonprofit success. Since 2010 I have increased service engagements by 400%, resulting in over 100K additional volunteers and generated over 20M in additional revenue sources.
