I was a pioneer participant of Steelcase's Dealer Designer Community of Practice. The influential group helped develop the software SmartTools extension, created best practices and consulted new CET software users.I was a grassroots adopter of the CET software beginning in 2007. I partnered with our IT depart to integrate CET across the enterprise. I was the change manager that helped design, sales and leadership adopt the new process. I actively participated in the annual CET conferences as a presenter.
