I built from scratch an in-house UX Team. I was responsible for the whole process: defining structure and expertise areas (design, interaction, content and management), budgeting, recruiting, interviewing, portfolio reviewing, hiring, onboarding and ongoing mentoring and leadership.My team was a success case inside the company and the model was replicated in different areas in the Digital organization. Management discovered all the benefits of having internal talent instead of external partners.

I implemented the company's Design System, based in the Atomic model. The project included all the discovery, strategy, building, launching and ongoing implementation. The Design System is currently used by the Digital Channels in 9 countries, serving B2C y B2B clients.

I ran the Usability tests for E-commerce platform (scripting, recruiting, facilitation, analysis, findings and recommendations). I also provided UX guidelines for several portals and digital implementations.
