In this role, I perform various tasks related to teaching in the department of Business Administration and conducting field-related research. I also hold dual tittles when serving as the assistant to Dean of the faculty by May 2020 and as the Corporate Relations Coordinator of the Faculty of Economics and Business.

I play a critical role in Viral Works as one of the first key team members. I joined the company to build the team, participate in decision-making and strategy planning. The leaders have been in the industry in 5 years, having deep knowledge in digital media, especially YouTube, and strong relationship with celebrities/ macro-influencers in Vietnam. We understand that influencer marketing needs to leverage different levels of influencers and the role of micro players in the field is obvious.

Two-year experience as a supervisor in Frankston and Melbourne Central franchise stores. I can perform various roles in both Front of house and Back of house, in charge of maintaining the food quality as well as customer service standards. I also assisted the manager with hiring and training staffs
