• Ensuring the accuracy of statutory reports for six global entities spanning across the USA, UAE, UK, Mexico, Canada, and Pakistan• Preparation of Annual Financial Budgets (Profit and Loss and Cashflow Statements) for all Global Entities individually and Consolidated• Analyze costs, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to Budgets and report analytics to Management• Preparation of rolling Cashflow Statements and applying various Financial Ratios to Manage Company Liquidity and Investment Objectives• Preparation of quarterly Latest Estimates of Expenses and Sales Forecasts• Prepare data and File Annual Tax Returns of all Global Entities (USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Mexico, Pakistan) as well as File quarterly VAT returns for UAE, UK and Canadian entities• Liaise with Auditors and Supervise Financial Audits for UAE and PK entities.

• Responsible for all Finance and Accounting functions of the company.• Analyzing and reporting cargo market trends to Management and monitoring cargo profitability.• Responsible for all aviation Operational Accounting functions.• Checking and Finalizing Fortnightly IATA agents sales report.

• Preparing and presenting the management accounts to the Board of Directors (Group).• Liaising with Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, for all statutory matters related to company.• Preparing annual budget of the KHI station and assisting Finance Manager Pakistan for consolidation.• Monitoring all accounting transaction i.e. General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Bank reconciliation for SDV Karachi station.• Supervise monthly sales report for IATA Agents• Supervising all Correspondence and documentation with bank for foreign remittance.• Monitoring all tax related matters and supervising correct deduction and timely submission of monthly withholding tax returns for salaries, supplies and services.• Coordinating for annual audit with external auditors and supervising the annual audit.

• Checking suitability and implementing new policies advised by the corporate office to the best benefit of the GSA Division. • Reviewing and assuring compliance of agreements of GSA Division made with Aircraft Cargo carriers.• Reviewing fortnightly sales reports of all the carriers to identify and mitigate errors and omissions.• Liaison and resolving disagreements with Accounts departments of carriers and shippers.• Maintaining provident funds and finalizing annual provident fund accounts.• Implementing and maintaining procedures for fixed asset register recently established in the Group.

Pakistan

• Assuring group compliance with Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.• Reviewing agreements, credit terms with customers, bank guarantees and financial statement of the group to ensure compliance.• Taking part in policy making and securing the implementation of the new accounting and financial policies throughout the group.• Establishing standard fixed asset register for the group companies and assisting group finance managers in installation of the register and company asset management.
