This application is accessible over the intranet of HCSC and will be accessed by the Analysts, Rates, Service Specialists, Reviewers and other Operations teams across HCSC. Functionally this application collects all the personal and health related details of Citizens of Australia and process it to check the eligibility criteria to provide a health insurance policy. Upon the successful eligibility the system will provide the Rated Premium and Rated policy.Responsibilities Involved in development of business requirements. Developed User Interface. Developed Rules for Validation. Created data transforms, decision tables, trees. Involved in modifying flows. Created Activities, steps and used standard methods like property set, page new, calling other activities for implementing core business logic. Worked on the debugging tools Clipboard, Tracer, and Rules Inspector. Unit testing the code before deployment. Communicating with teams and guiding other technical team members.

Project : NexGen UnderwritingClient : Aegis USA Environment: Pega V7.1.5Role : Pega DeveloperProject Description: Under writing application in Insurance Domain is used to generate Insurance Quotes according to the Client’s requirement and sending for approvals if any needed with various transactions later on after creating Policy. This application contains 4 LOB’s (Property, DAO, GLL, and CYB). I worked for PRP (Property) which is very complex one. This is an upgrade Project from V6 to V7.1.5Responsibilities CR’s analysis, collation of clarifications from Business Users. Good work exposure to various other PRPC rules - Security, Technical, Reports, Decision, User Interface, Data Model, Integration Connectors & Services. Work Experience on PRPC rules Gadgets, Portals, HTML Controls, Integration – Connectors & Services Activities, Flow Actions, Flows - Starter & Sub, Sections, Property, Decision Rules, XML, ParseXML, Obj & RDB Methods, Dynamic System Settings, Agents & Agent Scheduling, Production Release Support. Good work exposure on various wizards like Application, Process & Rules, Integration, Org & Security, and System Excellent debugging skills using Remote - Tracer, Clipboard & Live UI. Production support phase is completed now working on new Enhancements. Worked on Code Deployments

Project : Auto Owners InsuranceClient : ForemostEnvironment : Pega V7.1.5Role : Pega DeveloperThis project deals with Property and Casualty claims processing. The system has the complete automated process for a claims life cycle, right from onset of a claim to its payment. The application collects / maintains the loss information. When the automation of this process was the requirement, then a new application called APPROVAL AUTOMATION which was completely built on PEGA was the solution. Declarative rules and Decision rules are used for the various validations performed on the claim.Responsibilities Involved in creating rules to connect with external data bases. Creating Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Section, Decision rules & Declarative rules. Creating SLA Rules. Involved in creating activities. Creating List View and Summary View reports. Tracking the Data- instance for the project.
