An experienced and highly motivated Senior Consultant with over 20 years experience in successfully providing Asset Management and Highways consultancy to a wide range of Local Government councils and contractors within Highways Infrastructure Asset Management. I’ve gained an extensive and in-depth knowledge of analysing and managing numerous datasets to support policies, strategies, works programmes and life cycle plans within the strategic sector. The aim to make best and right decisions in spending the maintenance budget and supporting case for more Central Government funding in the current financial climate with the challenges posed in order to goals and objectives.
