• Creation, development and operation of international telephone network including both transport (Ethernet) and voice (VoIP) networks• Voice and transport network design, implementation of its redundant geographically distant configuration, selection of equipment• Operation of SBCs/MSCs, initial configuration, configuration of voice traffic routing with LCR/LAR• Creation, development and operation of international point of presence in for interconnections both with voice and data carriers• Negotiation with all international carriers (both voice and data) regarding technical questions of interconnections establishment and their further operations• Creation, development and operation of enterprise data centers and its infrastructure for hosting of own network equipment, collocation and cloud (IaaS) services for clients• Managing of works on creation, development and operation of OSS/BSS systems• Managing of works on creation, development and operation of Belarusian national fraud detection and management systems intended for detection and prevention of international interconnection fraud

• Enterprise computer network operations and development• Participation in E-government information systems and resources creation intended for automation of the activity of state bodies (preparation of requirements and RfPs, technical design, integration works)• Creation and development of core E-Government system acting as a SOA-gateway between all state bodies information resources and people for the E-Services providing; providing uninterrupted operation of its hardware and telecommunications facilities, system and application software• Creating and providing the uninterrupted functioning of the certification center (CA) in the hierarchical public key infrastructure (including the provision of services of the certifying center to legal entities and individuals), the regulatory support of the CA, interaction with other CAs• Creation, development and operation of enterprise data center for the core E-Government system hosting• Integration of online payment systems for the E-Services
