V. Rezaei is a PhD fellow of genetics and plant breeding, and his main activity is genetics and breeding of cereal crops, which focuses on improving resistance to drought and heat stress. He is currently a researcher in the research project "On a breed for tolerance to drought and heat in wheat".

Vahid Rezaei was a biology teacher at Danesh Educational Complex for three years. During this period, he was responsible for teaching biology courses of all high school levels, and he was also able to receive the certificate of appreciation for the best teacher from that administration and was honored.

V.Rezaei was the agricultural promoter of Khuzestan Province Agricultural Jihad Organization for nearly two years. During that time, he had a close relationship with farmers, helped them and held training classes for them. He also played an important role in administrative affairs, including managing documents and contracts, purchasing and distributing agricultural inputs, and managing agricultural tools. During that time, V. Rezaei was able to receive an exemplary expert certificate from that management.
