Current. Led a program on operations transformation. Program Managed for Manufacturing and Insurance vertical, did quality and change management for various processes. . Provided leadership to teams of analysts, executives, and support staff. Coordinated communication among interdepartmental teams to enhance collaboration. . Managed invoicing for an account with 8 million in quarterly revenue. Coordinated with project manager, finance department, and customer for invoice creation, approval, and revenue recognition. Also automated and improved invoicing process. . End-to-end management of forecast and sales pipeline for the largest account in the company by using SQL and other software tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, DMP. Also provided regular updates to senior management after project-wise reconciliation. . Created forecast dashboard, transformed and standardized forecasting process for Manufacturing and Insurance vertical. Captured reasons for delta in revenue every week at the project level and made reports. . Worked on rooftop damage detection project and conducted secondary market research for prospective customers in the USA and UK and presented the research. .
