I gained invaluable proficiency in Legal Drafting and Research across diverse practice areas including Criminal, Civil, and Service Matters. I actively contributed to cases at the Hon'ble NCDRC, District Consumer Forums, Delhi High Court, Armed Forces Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and Delhi District Courts.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Conducted comprehensive legal research on issues pertaining to Criminal, Civil, and Service laws, including Insurance and Consumer Claims, Contracts and Agreements, Bail, Divorce and Army Service matters. - Assisted in drafting various legal documents including petitions, affidavits, rejoinders, LOD adhering to deadlines.- Collaborated closely with Adv. Sirohi and prepared meticulous briefs for the ongoing cases.- Led a team of interns in organizing case files, conducting document reviews and preparing briefs fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

I acquired extensive experience in conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting a wide array of documents at legal tribunals including the Hon'ble NCLT, NCLAT and the High Court.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Conducted thorough legal research on insolvency laws and regulations, ensuring a deep understanding of relevant statutes and case precedents.- Assisted advocates in drafting legal documents such as applications, petitions, agreements, replies, and rejoinders, adhering to strict procedural requirements and deadlines.- Crafted meticulous briefs to support litigation strategies and performed due diligence for all ongoing cases.- Played a pivotal role in coordinating a team of interns, delegating tasks, and overseeing the production of weekly case updates and legal news for the AAA Insolvency Newsletter.- Participated in client meetings, hearings, and negotiations, demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism in all interactions.
