About Vaiiti Raygadas Leyral

Hello, I'm Vaiiti, and I am from Tahiti, French Polynesia. I graduated with a double bachelor in Asian & European studies from Sciences Po Bordeaux & Hong Kong Baptist University, and I am currently a MA student in Asia-Pacific international relations at National Taiwan University. I have undergone several internships in Hong Kong, Paris & Taipei, and my interests are politics, societal dynamics, human rights (particularly those of women), power relations within the Asia-Pacific region, but also ... Tahitian dance, bachata & cross-country runs (I am currently training for Taipei half marathon!) !On the side, I serve as Air Tahiti Nui Student Ambassador, where my goal is to empower students from our islands to start their journey.I also actively and happily engage in volunteer work: while in France I was in a local association helping migrant women to adjust ; I volunteered as a tutor with underprivileged children, and helped-out for the smooth running of cinema festivals. I am currently open to volunteer/internship positions in Taipei in the fields of women rights/education, culture & international relations ! Fluent proficiency in French, Spanish and English; learning Chinese for a few years now.Let's meet and explore potential collaborations:)
