Vaishali has over 18 years of experience in instructional design, educational technology, and technology training in the educational and corporate setting. Before joining Dubai Men's College (DMC) in 2009, she worked as a Lead Instructional Designer where she designed and developed eLearning content for blended learning. In her previous role at DMC as a Learning Technology Specialist, she served as a primary consultant for Learning Management Systems (LMS) for blended learning, evaluated emerging learning technologies, and promoted systematic technology adoption and integration in the curriculum.She holds a master's degree in Educational Technology from SNDT Women's University, India. She also has advanced level certification for Teaching and Learning Online using Blackboard. She has participated in the Blackboard Exemplary Course Program (ECP) as a course reviewer and reviewed online and blended courses offered by several universities. Her professional interests include course design for blended learning, teaching online, and application of emerging learning technologies in education.
