The best of both of worlds to me has always been sports and education. I started my sports entertainment journey in 2014 as a college student and quickly fell in love with the industry. After college, I was fortunate enough to continue to work part time for the Dallas Cowboys while simultaneously using my skills and talents to impact the lives of others through education.It was through education that I learned the value of Instructional Design. When I think about something that I can talk about for days, it would be my encounters with others. Through conversations with strangers, I have been able to see and learn the importance of learning styles, visual designs, and engaging and effective learning experiences thanks to my role at Dallas College.I enjoy making all people feel heard and seen when it comes to their learning abilities because employees and players of every organization deserve instruction designed to effective and meaningful to each.
