Audiences included raving fans of craft beer and those who influence them, community leaders, and internal employees - also known as co-owners - at this employee-owned, independent company. Additional duties included overseeing the company's generous community giving program that supports land and water conservation, youth programs and hunger relief and local, regional and national levels.
