● Recruit families to host international students, providing customer service and coaching before and during their hosting experience● Develop and execute plans to expand the current supply of host families and generate their loyalty aiming to obtain successful renewals● Manage relationships with different vendor accounts working with them to solve student service issues, leading to an increase in customer satisfaction● Administer the housing department budget and forecast seasonal housing needs, while working with existing and new suppliers to ensure demand is met● Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the information entered into the CRM system● Collaborate with other verticals within the schools and other housing teams across the global KI organization by sharing best practices● Supervised a team of 2 coordinators in the housing and students’ social activities department

• Work closely with other departments in ELS Educational Services to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to international students, host families and other members of the community where students reside.• Recruit host families and manage student placements throughout the city. • Increase student satisfaction by creating student focus group in order to identify their needs, concerns and expectations with ELS Housing.• Schedule, budget and manage student activities. • Coordinate logistics of student arrivals and departures.• Conduct new student orientation.
