After four years in medical school and a move from Venezuela to Argentina, I discovered my passion wasn’t surgery but the act of creating brands, strategies, and businesses. That’s how I found my way into digital marketing.Over the last 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of working at Google, where I developed marketing strategies for small and medium-sized businesses across Latin America. My time there gave me insight into how businesses can thrive in competitive markets by combining creativity with data-driven insights and innovation.Now, as part of the Strategy Team at Julius, a digital marketing agency, I lead strategy development for various clients. I oversee teams, create B2B frameworks, and find creative solutions to digital marketing challenges. It’s here that I continue to merge creativity with strategy, helping companies reach new heights.Jumping into my 30s, I’m still figuring out work-life balance.
