Assist the team as necessary in creating required flight documentation to ensure a seamless experience for every VistaJet passenger.Handling flight reservations for very high-profile individuals such as Head of States, Royal families and VIPs flying to over 187 countries in the world.Capturing our customers’ requirements to achieve our aim of creating “the home away from home” experience.Ensuring that the customer is kept informed of the progress, preparations and status of their flight prior to departure.Communication of operational restrictions and define and offer suitable options in case of restrictions – for example, weather restrictions; slot allocations and performance restrictions.Organize ancillary services and ensure all other operational aspects of the flight are in line.

Flight Reservations check availability and operational feasibility, create operational flight order. Create Customer Confirmation and necessary flight documentation Build-up, manage and maintaincustomer relations.Update CRM databases, IT systems.Communication of operational restrictions (weather restrictions, slot allocations, performance restrictions) Define and offer suitable alternative options in case of restrictions.Ensure that required documentation (receiving party details, passenger details, visa details, etc..) is available to our Operations department.Book and follow up on ancillary services as requested by the client.
